Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Office of History is establishing a pool of Blanket Purchase Agreement holders to provide historical support services. The scope includes primary and secondary research; historical essays, studies, and monographs; editing, indexing, graphic design, layout, and publication support; archival arrangement, preservation, description, digitization, and metadata services; library cataloging and collection development; oral history interviews, transcription, and accessioning; curatorial and museum support; physical and online exhibit design, fabrication, and installation; web content development; and archaeological and cultural-resource research and reporting. The BPA has a five-year ordering period and an estimated shared capacity of $7,500,000, with individual BPA Calls capped at $350,000. Multiple BPAs are anticipated, and individual calls will be competed among BPA holders. Offerors must submit technical and price information electronically by email, demonstrate qualified staffing and technical resources, and provide recent and relevant past-performance information. The solicitation includes detailed labor-category education and experience requirements, including master's and doctoral degrees for certain positions and a Secret clearance for the Digital Archivist labor category.
