Description
The District of Columbia Courts, on behalf of its Strategic Management Division Grants Management Program, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from entities interested in joining a pre-qualified roster for future grant-funded research opportunities. The Courts clarified that the potential work may include both criminal and civil justice research. All resulting research opportunities will be competed and awarded separately; placement on the roster does not guarantee work or an immediate contract award. The amendment extends the SOQ submission deadline to September 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Offerors must submit by email and include a signed copy of Amendment No. 1 with each offer; failure to acknowledge the amendment may result in rejection. The amendment also incorporates a questions-and-answers spreadsheet, while all other original terms remain unchanged.
