Description
The Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands is seeking a qualified video production firm to produce a 5–10-minute 4K UHD documentary highlighting its digital transformation journey. Topics include disaster recovery and resilience, modernization of government services, digital services and citizen access, cybersecurity, public safety communications, cloud and enterprise technology transformation, artificial intelligence initiatives, and the future of digital government. The scope includes storyline and script development, interview planning, production scheduling, filming government leadership and stakeholders at facilities and selected locations on St. Thomas and St. Croix, and professional video, audio, lighting, and drone services. Post-production includes editing, color grading, motion graphics, narration, licensed music, audio mastering, and captioning. Deliverables include the documentary, a 60-second teaser, a 30-second promotional video, social media clips, interview recordings and transcripts, a conference presentation version, final script, and final source files.
