Description
The U.S. Geological Survey is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for one new FLIR T540 Science/R&D thermal camera bundle or equivalent, plus a 14-degree lens and protective case. The equipment is intended for portable, high-resolution, radiometric monitoring of active volcanoes and must meet or exceed the stated salient characteristics, including at least 464 × 348 infrared resolution, fully radiometric imagery, measurement capability of at least 1,500°C, approximately 40 mK or better thermal sensitivity at 30°C, 30 Hz frame rate, interchangeable infrared optics, macro capability, visible-light imaging, image association and enhancement, field storage and transfer, rechargeable field-replaceable batteries, rugged field suitability, and manufacturer-supported radiometric analysis software compatibility. The equipment must be new, not grey-market or refurbished, and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Quotations will be evaluated using a lowest-price-technically-acceptable method. Offerors must provide a signed SF 18, firm fixed-price quote, technical submission with part/model numbers and product specifications, place of manufacturing, SAM UEI, and sufficient direct comparison explaining how the proposed equipment meets, exceeds, or differs from each salient characteristic. Offerors must also indicate whether they are authorized resellers of the proposed brand and provide supplemental documentation. An Accessibility Conformance Report and related Section 508 information are required for each commercially available ICT item offered.
