Description
OECM is establishing a national, non-exclusive master agreement for automotive parts and related services for its customers. The requested products span aftermarket mechanical and maintenance parts; exterior, interior, collision, and accessory parts; heavy-duty and specialized vehicle parts; and additional automotive products such as chemicals, tools, shop equipment, and supplies. Products must meet applicable fit, performance, safety, and regulatory requirements, and be genuine and traceable. The commercial response requests Canadian price-list discounts by product group and pricing for a defined basket of goods. Related services include product identification, sourcing and part-number cross-referencing; catalogue and ordering support; order processing and delivery coordination; account management and technical support; warranty administration; returns, exchanges, recalls, and core management; and reporting. Suppliers must support customers across the provinces and identify the territories they can serve. The agreement is intended to run for four years, with an option for OECM to extend it for up to four additional years; no purchase volume is guaranteed.
