Description
The City of Orange Township is soliciting bids for automotive parts for its Department of Public Works. The contract period is stated to begin January 1, 2027, and run for 12 or 24 months. The bid specifications identify certain products by brand name but allow bidders to propose equal or better-quality substitutes; proposed substitutions must include a detailed written comparison and sample and descriptive data. Bidders must submit the provided proposal forms, a bid guarantee of 10% of the bid capped at $20,000, and the required business registration certificate. The bid package also includes a Business Entity Disclosure Certification for completion.
