Description
The City of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts is soliciting bids for phase 4 corrective construction works at Theatre Le Patriote. The estimated contract period is 12 months, and bidders must complete a mandatory individual site visit by appointment during the specified period of August 17–21, 2026. Submissions must include a bid guarantee equal to 10% of the bid price, a 50% commitment letter, and a 50% performance bond covering the contractor’s obligations for wages, materials, and services, with amounts calculated before applicable taxes. Bidders must provide a Revenu Québec tax attestation, a CNESST compliance attestation, and a current OQLF francization certificate or appropriate documentation. A subcontractor list with subcontractors’ tax-attestation numbers and issuance dates is required before work begins. Responses may be submitted electronically through SEAO or by paper in accordance with the tender documents.
