The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking custodial services for approximately 5,740 square feet of office, laboratory, restroom, carpeted, tiled, and concrete areas at the Brackish Groundwater National Desalination Research Facility. Required work includes twice-weekly sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, restroom and break-room cleaning, waste and recycling removal, appliance cleaning, floor and glass cleaning, laboratory cleaning, and replenishment of government-furnished restroom supplies. The contractor must furnish required labor, equipment, cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment, safety data sheets, and green cleaning products, except for items identified as government-furnished. The scope also includes individually priced, as-needed services such as carpet shampooing, deep tile cleaning, exterior window cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, and additional cleaning for workshops, tours, and facility events. The contractor must provide a quality control plan with the proposal, maintain service continuity, conduct inspections, comply with facility security and OSHA requirements, and support background investigations and PIV credentialing for applicable personnel. Award will be based on technical capability, past performance, and price. The contract includes a one-year base period and two option years.
