Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution El Reno, is soliciting quotations from small businesses for approximately 89,479 pounds of meat products, including 6-ounce beef patties, 80/20 ground beef, chicken patties, boneless/skinless chicken, boneless chicken breast, raw fish fillets, pork roasts, and raw turkey roasts. Products must meet the detailed specifications in the solicitation, including applicable USDA and FSIS standards, packaging, labeling, freshness, temperature, and product-composition requirements. The firm-fixed-price requirement covers delivery during October 1–31, 2026, with all items due by October 31, 2026. Deliveries must be palletized, comply with specified temperature controls, and be made using a vehicle capable of unloading at a four-foot elevated dock. Quotes must include the completed Excel pricing sheet and required vendor information, along with the applicable representations and certifications. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price, and nonconforming or late deliveries may result in cancellation and removal from future awards.
