Description
San Diego Community College District is soliciting a lump-sum bid for renovation of the Mesa College Design Center. The scope includes general nonresidential construction, demolition, remodeling and alterations, acoustical ceilings and walls, doors, windows, firestopping, HVAC, masonry, concrete, stucco, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and related building maintenance and repair work. The response must be submitted electronically. A mandatory pre-bid job walk is required: bidders must attend one complete session to be considered responsive. Two sessions are scheduled, and the project includes a 10% bid bond, 100% payment bond, and 100% performance bond.
