Description
The City of Gatineau is soliciting a requirements contract for the purchase of hot-mix asphalt produced at a central asphalt plant and intended for hot placement during both winter and summer periods. The initial contract term is two years, from December 7, 2026, through December 3, 2028, with one optional additional year from December 4, 2028, through December 2, 2029. The procurement is conducted through an open competitive procedure. Bids may be submitted electronically through the Quebec government’s electronic tendering system or in paper form at the specified procurement office.
