The City of Canton Collection Systems Department is soliciting bids for an as-needed, one-year supply of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) repair kits for point repairs throughout the City's sewer system, with an optional 30-day extension. The estimated quantity is approximately 50 to 100 kits of various types and sizes, including 6-inch, 8-inch, and 10-inch summer/warm-weather and winter/cold-weather kits; the City does not guarantee any minimum or maximum quantity and may award multiple contracts. Each 48-inch kit must include the specified fiberglass mat, protective sheet, gloves, packer sleeves, spreading tools, cable ties, premeasured silicate resin and waterglass hardener, instructions, and safety data documentation. Materials must meet the stated structural, ASTM F-1216, NSF-14, bonding, safety, curing, shelf-life, and warranty requirements. The supplier must deliver FOB destination to the City's Collection Systems facility, include all freight and delivery costs, provide installation training at no additional cost, and maintain fixed pricing. A $500 bid guaranty is required, and the successful bidder must meet specified insurance requirements.
