Description
Regina Public Schools is seeking a supplier of record for branded merchandise and related services. The successful proponent will provide and operate a secure employee e-commerce store, maintain inventory, manage ordering and fulfillment, provide customer service, and supply a broad range of branded apparel, drinkware, office supplies, gifts, promotional items, and other merchandise. Products must use approved school-division branding and be available for delivery across Canada, with a free local pickup option and worldwide shipping when required. The scope also includes product sourcing, samples, proofs and logo-placement approvals, warehousing, order management, monthly and quarterly reporting, annual program reviews, returns processing, pricing and shipping information, and potential employee-recognition and community-engagement merchandise programs.
