Description
Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a contractor for a time-and-materials purchasing agreement supporting its Custom Manufacturing Solutions–Central Shops. The scope includes as-needed supply of standard and specialty tooling; carbide and other tooling inserts; end mills, drills, taps, reamers, collets, tool holders, work-holding fixtures, precision measuring instruments, and abrasives; sourcing and delivery of specialized raw materials; inventory management; and outside processing and manufacturing services. Required services may include tool sharpening and reconditioning, precision calibration, plating, anodizing, painting, specialty surface treatments, and custom or specialty secondary manufacturing. The contractor must provide written quotations within 48 hours of specific requests, deliver requested items or processed components within quoted lead times, and provide packing slips and material certifications with shipments. The quotation must include the completed price schedule, representations and certifications, signed RFQ page one, published pricing support or a redacted invoice, and responses concerning payment, shipping, tariffs, and applicable DOE or GSA discounts.
