Description
The City of Stockton is seeking a qualified firm or team to provide design services for an entrepreneurial public market in the Arena Garage. The scope includes project management, agency coordination, community and stakeholder outreach, existing-conditions and environmental analysis, feasibility studies, alternative concept plans, schematic and advanced site and floor plans, construction drawings, specifications, estimates, permitting, and design support during bidding and construction. Required deliverables include a community outreach plan, environmental documents, alternative concept plans, a design development report, construction drawings, specifications, and other bid documents. Construction documents are to be completed by December 2027. The proposal must demonstrate the team's qualifications, relevant experience, staffing, technical approach, work plan, financial capacity, references, and fee structure. The solicitation encourages teaming with local consultants and permits subcontractors subject to City approval. The initial contract term is two years, with an option to renew for up to one additional year. A separate price proposal is required, and the non-collusion affidavit must be notarized.
