Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is soliciting quotes for one 8 kVA UPS with batteries, one 8 kVA maintenance bypass disconnect, one 20 kVA UPS with batteries, and one 20 kVA maintenance bypass disconnect. The UPS systems must be double-conversion online units with specified voltage, rack or rack/tower form factors, lead-acid batteries sized for 30 minutes of runtime at half load, Modbus communications, monitoring capabilities, and manufacturer-recommended bypass equipment. Approved equivalents and certain alternative configurations are permitted, including 10 kVA in place of the 8 kVA unit when necessary, 2PH+G or 3PH+G input, and external distribution systems or PDUs. The disconnects must be UL 98 or UL 489 listed maintenance or service bypass panels. The requirement also includes three paperless temperature monitor/recorders with 30 three-wire RTD inputs and three units with 48 three-wire RTD inputs, based on specified Yokogawa models or approved equivalents. Units must support selectable temperature units, integrated and external memory, Modbus communications, alarms, LCD trending displays, USB connectivity, cabinet mounting, and existing panel cutout dimensions. Quotes must include a system-generated quote or price list identifying each line item, model or equivalent, quantity, unit price, total price, grand total, shipping, and lead time, along with cut sheets and manufacturer information showing compliance. Delivery is FOB destination, with liftgate and inside delivery available at both sites during the stated receiving window.
