Description
The City of Philadelphia Water Department is soliciting contractor prequalification for the relay of water mains along Adams Avenue from East Wingohocking Street to 250 feet north of Unity Street. This is a prequalification-only solicitation; approved sellers will receive notice and be invited to participate in a subsequent closed bid solicitation. The estimated value is $4 million to $5 million. The prequalification response requires acknowledgment of any amendments, selection of “NO CHARGE” for the prequalification line item, and identification of whether the prequalification questionnaire is confidential. The solicitation includes a seller prequalification checklist, Public Works prequalification questionnaire, specifications, plans, pricing pages, consent authorization form, and related forms.
