Description
The MRC de Bellechasse is issuing a solicitation for the supply of kitchen containers and bags for residential organic waste collection, including their distribution. The contract is for a base period of 3 years, with the possibility of three additional 12-month renewal periods. The solicitation is open to businesses with an establishment in a country or province covered by applicable trade agreements, including the Quebec-Ontario Cooperation and Trade Agreement (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). Submissions must be sealed and delivered to the MRC office before September 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bidder at the discretion of the MRC council.
