Description
Greenwood County is soliciting proposals for a complete baseball-fence improvement project at Wilbanks Sports Complex. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, disposal, and incidental work necessary to construct and install the improvements, including field verification, layout, removal of existing fencing where applicable, baseball or ballfield fencing, posts, framework, chain-link fabric, rails, tension wire, gates, hardware, safety padding where specified, concrete footings, debris removal, restoration, and final cleanup. The proposal must include the buyer-provided Bid Holding and Authorization Form, the firm's experience with similar projects completed within the past three years, a Certificate of Insurance, a price proposal, and the required vendor checklist certifications and contractor-license information. Award will be based on low-bid pricing if the proposal meets the specifications. A valid South Carolina contractor's license for the project is required, and subcontractors must be identified and approved by the County.
