Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for two pediatric hand-operated resuscitators, NSN 6515-01-608-8532. Each unit must include a pediatric bag with toddler mask, disposable single-shutter valve system, integrated handle, thin-walled compression bag, medication port, and an individually packaged resealable plastic carrying bag with color-coded pediatric-size identification. The quotation must identify the proposed source and part number. The supplies are subject to FDA regulation, destination inspection and acceptance, domestic-material restrictions, commercial packaging requirements, and specified medical marking and shipping requirements. Delivery is required within 20 days after acknowledgment of delivery, FOB destination, to the designated receiving location.
