Description
This Sources Sought notice is market research, not a request for proposals. The draft performance work statement describes broad technical and professional support for the CDC’s nutrition, physical activity, and obesity prevention programs, including implementation science and research translation; evaluation and data analysis, with culturally responsive support for Tribal recipients; and public health communications, messaging, and educational materials. Other work includes recipient capacity building, training, meeting facilitation, walking and active transportation initiatives, and program operations. The draft anticipates use of specialized subcontractors and includes optional tasks. Interested organizations are asked to submit a capability statement of no more than three pages and answer the questions in the provided Government Questions attachment. The response should include organizational information, relevant capabilities and supporting documentation, and up to three relevant projects with specified client, contract value, performance period, service description, and CPARS information. The draft performance period lists a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. Responses are due by email; no award or contract start date is established by this market research notice.
