Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is soliciting proposals for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The contract will be firm-fixed-price and will cover a base period of one year with four one-year option periods. The selected contractors will provide complete detailed designs for planning, maintenance, repair, alteration, extension, conversion, or modernization of existing buildings or facilities, as well as new construction projects. Services are categorized into Type A (preliminary and investigative), Type B (construction documents and construction administration), and Type C (additional construction administration, inspections, and testing). The work requires licensed architects and engineers, with final documents stamped and signed by professionals licensed in Oklahoma. The solicitation emphasizes past performance and experience, with evaluation factors including specialized experience, professional qualifications, capacity, geographic location, and past performance. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer. The deadline for proposals is September 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM CT.
