Description
The Navy seeks charter bus transportation for appropriately badged Department of Defense employees and approved contractors between NSA Orlando and the Orange County Convention Center’s South Concourse during I/ITSEC, November 30–December 3, 2026. The contractor must provide at least four air-conditioned buses with capacity for 56 or more passengers, wheelchair accessibility on designated trips, drivers and support personnel, and company radio dispatch. Service must follow the provided schedule and maintain on-time departures and arrivals, with backup buses available and replacement buses provided within 45 minutes when needed. The contractor must be an approved carrier, provide proof of at least $5 million in insurance and agree to add the government to its liability policy, and include tolls, fuel, and driver gratuity in its quote. The contractor must also provide daily passenger-count reports and meet the solicitation’s identification and security procedures. Quotes are evaluated on a lowest-price, technically acceptable basis; technical acceptability includes concurrence with the performance requirements, the specified insurance, and no known negative past performance.
