Description
The Alabama Department of Corrections is establishing an annual agreement for the as-needed sale and service of Cleaver-Brooks boilers, packaged water systems, controls, heat recovery systems, stacks, and related boiler parts not available through state contracts. The supplier must be an authorized Cleaver-Brooks sales and service dealer or representative. Services and deliveries may be required at any Alabama Department of Corrections facility. The agreement period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Award will be made to the lowest acceptable bidder meeting all specifications. Suppliers must complete and upload the facility listing and proposal form, enter zero dollars in the quotation system, and include any shipping charges in quoted prices rather than listing them separately.
