Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for 424 special-shaped spacers, NSN 5365-01-588-4009, part number 12469090-3. The item is a commercial product subject to specified technical, quality, inspection, packaging, marking, and domestic-material requirements. Technical data is export-controlled, and eligible offerors and proposed sources must have approved Joint Certification Program certification and authorization to access the data. The requirement is divided among three delivery locations: 41 units to DLA Distribution Barstow, California; 94 units to DLA Distribution Albany, Georgia; and 289 units to DLA Distribution New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. Delivery is required 167 days after order, with origin inspection and acceptance, FOB origin shipment, MIL-STD-2073-1E packaging, and MIL-STD-129 marking. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
