Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price construction quote to demolish and replace the dental vacuum piping system, including associated pumps, separators, piping, and rooftop exhaust. The work includes architectural modifications and related fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications work, with required testing, commissioning, restoration, and closeout documentation. Construction activities must be scheduled outside clinical operating hours, and the pulmonary suite work has a strict 45-day completion window. The overall construction period is 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation is a total set-aside for certified SDVOSB contractors and will be evaluated on price only. A complete quote must include the required solicitation representations and certifications, signed VAAR 852.219-75 certification, bid guarantee, and detailed price breakdown by required specification division, including labor and materials.
