Description
This is a Request for Information and Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation for contract award. U.S. Customs and Border Protection is conducting market research on contractor capability to provide maintenance and logistics support for fielded non-intrusive inspection (NII) imaging systems, radiation detection equipment, NII integration platforms, and common viewer systems. The draft performance work statement describes preventive and corrective maintenance, system administration and help-desk support, parts and supply-chain management, configuration and obsolescence management, reporting and root-cause analysis, and on-demand services such as engineering, retrofits, relocations, training, emergency support, and disposal. Work may be required at domestic and international sites. Interested parties are asked to complete the attached RFI questions template and provide company and contract-vehicle information, including applicable contract vehicles and small-business status. The template requests up to three relevant past-performance summaries, which are optional but highly recommended. Responses are limited to 10 pages total; past-performance material is limited to three pages per reference, with all references combined into one file. Responses must be submitted by email with the specified subject line.
