Description

This task-order solicitation covers improvements along up to 8.5 miles of Swan Falls Road, approximately 5 miles south of Kuna in Ada County, Idaho. The work is offered under four complete bid schedules, with award priority given to Schedule D, then C, B, and A depending on available funding. Only one schedule will be awarded. Scope includes shoulder widening, roadway excavation and aggregate placement, asphalt concrete pavement, pavement repair and milling, chip sealing, crack sealing and filling, culvert replacement and cleaning, drainage work, signage and pavement markings, rumble strips, temporary traffic control, erosion control, turf establishment, concrete sidewalks, and improvements at the Dedication Point parking area. The Dedication Point work includes installation of two brand-specific Pilot Rock APT Series picnic tables, one CXT Double Cascadian vault restroom with chase, and one Poligon Gable Roof rectangle REK shade structure, together with accessible parking and sidewalk improvements. The estimated price range is $5 million to $10 million. The task order is firm-fixed-price, and the fixed completion date is October 27, 2027. Performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the original task-order price, are required after award.
