The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers–Little Rock District anticipates awarding a design-build contract for a new Personnel Security Adjudication Center at the Eugene J. Towbin VA Healthcare Center Campus. The project includes all associated site work, design, and construction for an approximately 10,000-square-foot, two-story building designed to serve approximately 75 full-time-equivalent personnel. The base contract is expected to include a parking lot for at least 25 vehicles, with the total number of spaces maximized during design. Subject to funding availability, the Government may exercise an option for a physical security fence with automated gate access and controls. The project is expected to take no longer than 740 calendar days. This is a presolicitation notice; the solicitation and final submission requirements have not yet been issued.
