Loudoun County Sanitation Authority, doing business as Loudoun Water, is soliciting sealed proposals through competitive negotiation to establish a contract for the Western Loudoun Towns Water and Sewer Utility Study. The study is sponsored and funded by Loudoun County, while Loudoun Water will administer the contract, manage the consultant, and provide technical support throughout the project.
