Description
The Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District (ECISD) is soliciting proposals from interested vendors to provide employee uniforms for its maintenance and child nutrition departments. The uniforms include industrial pants, long and short sleeve industrial shirts, denim shirts, and double mesh polyester polo shirts, all with specific embroidery requirements. The contract will begin on September 23, 2026, or soon thereafter, and end on September 30, 2027. The contract may be renewed for an additional one-year term if both parties agree and no cost increases are incurred except for district growth. Payments will be made on the district's regular payment schedule with net 30 terms. Delivery must be completed within a reasonable time, and purchase orders over thirty days old are considered unreasonable. The district reserves the right to review delivery performance and re-award to the next lowest vendor if delivery is unsatisfactory. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the specified bidding system or manually by the due date; emailed or faxed responses will not be accepted. The successful bidder will be responsible for checking the purchasing website for any addendums.
