Description
Gilmer County is soliciting qualifications from design-builders for architectural and engineering design services, pre-construction consulting, construction of new animal shelter buildings, and remodeling of an existing animal shelter building. The work will be performed at the existing animal shelter complex and involves a county facility improvement project. Submittals must be sealed and delivered to the Gilmer County Commissioners’ Office by the stated deadline. The County may accept complete or partial proposals, negotiate with offerors, and request proposal revisions.
