Description
Cleveland Utilities is soliciting bids from general contractors for construction of new commercial office buildings containing customer service, executive office, and call center spaces. The project includes concrete, steel, heavy timber, metal stud, stone, brick, and fiber cement construction. The lower level will be partially underground and designed as a Risk IV shelter and functioning call center during a catastrophic event. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to review requirements, ask questions, and inspect the proposed building site. Bid documents require member login access through the planroom.
