Description
The State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget is requesting five flags: two 4-by-6-foot Michigan Department of Health and Human Services flags, one 5-by-8-foot United States flag, and one 4-by-6-foot Michigan state flag (the listed quantities total four flags, despite the stated total of five). The flags must be Annin brand, made of 100% nylon bunting, suitable for year-round outdoor display in harsh Michigan weather, and printed in full color so the design is visible on both sides. Each flag requires two brass grommets on the left side, at the top and bottom, with reinforced sewn edges. The vendor must provide a detailed quote letter and turnaround time; an electronic PDF file will be supplied, and a proof is required. Only prequalified vendors will be considered, and the award will be based on best price and value. Delivery must include freight to the State's dock, FOB destination, prepaid.
