Description
InterMountain Education Service District is soliciting proposals for E-Rate-eligible leased lit fiber services providing dedicated, symmetrical, point-to-point wide area network connectivity between district locations. The requested solution must support scalable bandwidth, reliable and resilient service, path diversity, managed electronics and equipment, monitoring, and service-level commitments including 99.99% network availability, response within one hour, and four-hour restoration. Proposers must provide network designs, logical diagrams, geographic fiber pathway maps, demarcation details, implementation timelines, and a sample contract. New fiber construction, if required, must include permitting, installation, restoration, as-built documentation, and special construction pricing. The proposal must include a service description, SLA, timeline, demarcation information, network diagram and fiber pathway map, sample contract, three recent customer references, and the required pricing and certification attachments. The proposal is limited to 50 pages, with attachments excluded from that limit, and the combined electronic submission may not exceed 50 MB. The Cost Proposal Form, Special Construction Worksheet when applicable, and Proposer Information and Certification Sheet must be completed and submitted through the designated electronic portal.
