Description
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the County of St. Louis is soliciting proposals from developers to purchase and redevelop an as-is residential property at 11816 Larimore Road. The property is zoned for residential use, contains approximately 1,681 square feet under roof, is currently uninhabitable, and requires major renovation. Respondents are responsible for title clearance, recording costs, inspections, surveys, and evaluation of the property. Proposals must include a redevelopment project description, proposed uses and design, project cost, sources and uses of funds, evidence of financing capability, relevant qualifications and experience, zoning compliance, closing terms, a proposed purchase price, a redevelopment completion timeline, and willingness to enter into a development agreement. The selected developer may be required to complete the redevelopment within a maximum of two years after execution of the development agreement. Electronic proposals must be submitted by email, and questions must be directed to the designated contact by the stated question deadline.
