Description
The Social Security Administration is conducting a sources-sought market survey for comprehensive operations and maintenance services at its National Support Center. The approximately 300,000-square-foot facility includes a two-floor data center, a two-floor office building, and a Facility Access Control building. The anticipated requirement includes continuous onsite coverage, daily operational tours, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency response, service calls, repairs, supplies, and facility engineering support. The scope covers HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, electrical distribution, generators, UPS and inverter systems, BAS and PCS controls, fire protection and life-safety systems, elevators, plumbing, water treatment, fuel tanks, stormwater systems, lighting, doors, gates, barriers, snow removal, data-center cleaning, CMMS administration, energy management, cybersecurity support for operational technology, and related building systems. Respondents must submit a capability statement addressing relevant critical-facility experience, existing operations and maintenance contracts, technical experience with the listed systems, CMMS and BAS/PCS capabilities, energy-management experience, and available specialized support. This is an RFI and does not request proposals or commit the Government to a future solicitation or award.
