PUBLIC NOTICE - - - ADVERTISEMENT TO INVITATION TO BID CITY OF NEW ORLEANS SPONSORING DEPARTMENT: EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE (EMS) TITLE: MEDICAL SUPPLIES SOURCING EVENT NO.: 4768 TYPE OF SOLICITATION: MATERIALS-SUPPLIES- EQUIPMENT DBE OPPORTUNITY: WAIVED RELEASED ON: AUGUST 28, 2026 DEADLINE TO RESPOND: SEPTMEBER 11, 2026 PRE-BID CONFERENCE: SEPTEMBER 3, 2026 Dates are subject to changes via an addendum posted by the Bureau of Purchasing on the Citys supplier portal. If this solicitation is federally funded, prospective bidder/respondent must pay particular attention to all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and the State of Louisiana. The Bureau of Purchasing uses commodity codes to notify suppliers of the release of a sourcing event and subsequent modifications via addendum.
