Description
The Indian Health Service issued Amendment 0001 to correct the SF-1449 offer date, update contracting officer information, and provide question-and-answer information. The requirement remains for Bio-Rad Laboratories quality control reagents for the Taos-Picuris Indian Health Center Laboratory, including Multiqual, Unassayed Multiqual, Urine Chemistry, Immunology, Diabetes BI Lyph, Quant Urine Control, and qUAntify Advance QC products in specified quantities and part numbers. The contractor must provide timely delivery in accordance with manufacturer storage and transportation requirements, notify the health center of product changes or discontinuances, and sequester lots for at least six months. The Government intends to award one firm-fixed-price purchase order covering a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Quotations must include technical capability, up to five recent and relevant past-performance references, pricing for the base and option periods, a signed SF-1449, the IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form when applicable, and signed amendments when issued. Technical capability and past performance are more important than price in the best-value evaluation. Amendment 0001 confirms that offers are due September 7, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. MDT.
