Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Gordon intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Three Pines Leasing LLC for the lease of two modular buildings. The notice identifies NAICS 332311, Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing, and states that no competitive solicitation will be issued. Interested concerns may submit clear and convincing evidence that competition would benefit the Government. Written responses are due by September 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time; oral communications are not acceptable.
