Fletcher Technical Community College is soliciting sealed bids for improvements to Aviation Maintenance Hangars A and B. The project requires a Louisiana-licensed Building Construction contractor and may be financed with state bonds or federal funds. Applicable requirements include Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, Section 3 participation, federal nondiscrimination provisions, and other state and federal requirements. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid plus all alternates. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds and comply with applicable insurance and bonding requirements. Complete bid documents are available electronically through Central Auction House. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required, and bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
