Description
This design-build project covers replacement and modernization of HVAC systems at American Way Middle, Douglass High, Fairley High, Manassas High, and Winchester Elementary. The scope includes demolition, engineering, equipment installation, controls integration, and related structural and piping work. The contractor must provide fully operational and code-compliant systems, including testing, balancing, commissioning, project documentation, and owner-required training. Pricing is calculated by square footage. Questions must be submitted in writing by October 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time; substantive answers are scheduled for posting by the end of day October 22, 2026.
