Description
The City of Arlington is soliciting sealed proposals for construction of a single-lane roundabout at the intersection of Smokey Point Boulevard and 180th Street NE. The work includes furnishing all required labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees. The project also includes stormwater facilities; pedestrian and roadway illumination systems; rapid rectangular flashing beacons; new water and sewer facilities; sidewalks; hardscape buffer strips; and landscaping. The engineer's estimate is $4,750,000. Proposals must use the forms provided with the contract documents and include a bid deposit of at least five percent of the total bid amount, in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond.
