Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one package of intraosseous infusion systems, with six individually packaged sets per package. The requested device is a sterile, latex-free, non-pyrogenic manual intraosseous system providing seven access sites and including 15-gauge IO needles, sternal locators, connectors, a quick-reference card, and a wristband unit. The item must have a 48-month shelf life, with no more than seven months elapsed from manufacture through delivery. The solicitation requests the source and part number being supplied, along with bidder and manufacturer information. Alternate offers must include complete technical data sufficient for evaluation. The product is FDA regulated and must meet applicable registration, listing, labeling, good manufacturing practice, packaging, marking, domestic-material, and quality requirements. Delivery is required within 20 days after award, FOB destination, with traceable shipment and delivery inspection and acceptance at destination.
