Description
The State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is seeking statements of qualifications from a full-service design and implementation contractor for the restoration of a wet-meadow area on Goslin Creek. The selected vendor will design and install up to 60 Zeedyk-style in-stream structures, including potential Zuni bowls, one-rock dams, and rock rundowns, to reduce erosion, arrest head cuts, improve water persistence, and enhance wildlife habitat. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, safety gear, emergency transportation, mobilization, and approximately 30 tons or more of off-site-sourced rock. The work includes final design, structure placement in coordination with the project manager, construction, site cleanup, road restoration, equipment decontamination, and correction of deficiencies. The project has a maximum budget of $77,000, is expected to be performed in fall 2026, and should be completed before the end of November 2026. Respondents must have at least three years of river-restoration experience and submit at least three recent professional references demonstrating relevant experience. Pricing must not be included with the statement of qualifications.
