Description
MTA New York City Transit intends to establish a three-year sole-source pricing agreement for replacement parts manufactured by Westcode Incorporated. The requested parts include air brake, door operator, propulsion, and heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) components for rail transit equipment and multiple participating agencies. The notice states that other firms may challenge the sole-source determination by notifying the designated NYCT contact in writing within five business days. No solicitation documents were uploaded, and the notice identifies Westcode Inc. as the business awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.
