Description
The Port Authority Transit Corporation is soliciting proposals for the procurement and delivery of one ROGRIND 13.48 gasoline rail head profile grinder and one ROGRIND 13.48 56-1/2-inch outrigger gauge. No substitutions are permitted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the lowest overall price for supplying the specified products in compliance with the solicitation's conditions, provisions, and specifications. Proposals and the required Political Contribution Form and Certification must be submitted in PDF format through SAP Ariba by the stated deadline. Faxed, emailed, and hard-copy submissions will not be accepted. Suppliers must register on the Ariba Network and complete the Authority's supplier registration questionnaire to compete.
