Description
South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (TransLink), through West Coast Express, is seeking proposals for the refurbishment, upgrade, supply, and delivery of work packages to renew and modernize thirty-seven bi-level passenger railcars: ten cab cars and twenty-seven coach cars. The requirements apply to all vehicles, including two pilot vehicles—one cab car and one coach car—that will be refurbished first to validate the design, processes, and deliverables before fleet-wide implementation. The procurement documents and Scope of Work contain the detailed technical specifications. TransLink states that budgetary information is not disclosed.
