Description
The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, calibration, lubrication, adjustments, functional testing, and minor repair services for the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit’s dental equipment. The scope covers equipment including A-dec, Dentsply, Cavitron, sterilizers, suction and compressor systems, radiology equipment, dental chairs, overhead lights, delivery units, intraoral scanners, and related cabinetry hardware. The contractor must be authorized or certified to service the applicable OEM equipment and provide qualified technicians and OEM-compliant or equivalent parts. The firm-fixed-price work includes routine minor repair parts and standard wear items, while special-order parts and major replacement components are excluded and will be acquired separately by the Government. The contractor must provide service reports after each visit, complete initial preventive maintenance within 30 days of award, perform recurring maintenance at OEM-recommended intervals, and have a qualified technician onsite within 48 hours for emergency service calls. The requirement includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
