Description
The U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center is soliciting one new push switch, NSN 5930-01-475-6195, part number 896-4115, for HC-27 aircraft. The anticipated firm-fixed-price purchase order is identified as a sole-source procurement for Leonardo S.p.A.; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration. The item must have complete, documented, and auditable traceability to Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems Support Company, the stated original equipment manufacturer, and the offeror must provide documentation showing it is an authorized distributor. The contractor must furnish a Certificate of Conformance in the format required by FAR 52.246-15. The quotation must include the solicitation number, offeror information, UEI, required representations and certifications, agreement with the solicitation terms, pricing, delivery lead time, and accepted FOB shipping terms. Delivery is required within 235 days after receipt of order; early and partial deliveries are acceptable.
